📋 90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TERMS

Primary Condition: To qualify for a refund, there must have been no changes in the status of any account we disputed on your credit report. This includes, but is not limited to :

  • No deletions of negative items

  • No updates to account statuses (e.g., from "late" to "current")

  • No changes in balances, dates, or remarks

  • No removals of hard inquiries

  • No updates to public records (bankruptcies, judgments, liens)

If ANY account we disputed shows ANY change in status—even if your score didn't improve—you are NOT eligible for a refund under this guarantee.



⚖️ COMPLETE REFUND POLICY & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

You may be eligible for a full refund of monthly service fees paid during your first 90 days ONLY if ALL of the following strict conditions are met :

1.1 No Changes to Disputed Items: As stated above, there must be zero changes to any account we disputed on your behalf. This is verified by comparing your original credit report to your credit report after 90 days of service. If any disputed item was modified, updated, deleted, or altered in any way, you are not eligible for a refund .

1.2 Active Participation: You must remain an active client in good standing for the entire 90-day period. Cancelling your service or missing a payment during this period voids this guarantee .

1.3 Timely Forwarding of Correspondence: You must mail, email, or upload all credit report-related correspondence (dispute results, creditor letters, etc.) to us within seven (7) days of receiving it .

1.4 Payment Compliance: You must make all monthly payments on time. Any returned payments (NSF) or late payments void this guarantee .

1.5 No New Negative Items: You must not cause or create any new negative items on your credit report during the 90-day period (e.g., late payments, new collections, charge-offs) .

1.6 Identity Verification: You must provide proof of identity (copy of driver's license and Social Security card) within five (5) days of signing your agreement .

1.7 Client Cooperation: You must follow all reasonable directions provided by Right Track CreditLife regarding your credit repair plan .

2. THE REFUND PROCESS

2.1 How to Request: To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to rtcl@righttrackcreditlifellc.com or certified mail to: [17250 State Hwy 249 #216, Houston TX 77064]. Phone requests will not be accepted .

2.2 Review Period: We have ten (10) business days from receipt of your written request to review your account, verify the status of your credit report, and determine if all conditions have been met .

2.3 Documentation Required: You must provide a current copy of your 3-bureau credit report (pulled within 7 days of your refund request) for comparison against your original report.

2.4 Refund Amount: If approved, you will receive a refund of monthly service fees paid during the first 90 days only. Setup fees, first-work fees, or other administrative fees are non-refundable .

2.5 Final Decision: Our determination of whether disputed items changed is final and based on objective comparison of credit report data.

📜 CREDIT REPAIR TERMS OF SERVICE

SECTION A: YOUR RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL LAW

3-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days of signing without any penalty or obligation. To cancel, send a signed and dated notice to: rtcl@righttrackcreditlifellc.com by midnight of the third business day .

NO UPFRONT FEES

Under federal law, we cannot and will not charge you for any credit repair services before they are fully performed. You will only be billed monthly after services have been rendered .

NO FALSE PROMISES

We do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score. We cannot and will not promise to remove accurate negative information from your credit report. Only inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information can be disputed .

YOU CAN DISPUTE ERRORS YOURSELF FOR FREE

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. You are not required to use our services .

SECTION B: SERVICES WE PROVIDE

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Right Track CreditLife will :

  • Review your credit reports from all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)

  • Identify potentially inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative items

  • Prepare and send dispute letters to credit bureaus and/or creditors on your behalf

  • Monitor dispute responses and follow up as needed

  • Provide guidance on credit education and building positive credit history

SERVICE DURATION

The initial term of this agreement shall not exceed 180 days from the date of signing, as required by law . After the initial term, this agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by either party.

MONTHLY STATEMENTS

We will provide you with a monthly statement detailing:

  • Services performed during the previous month

  • An accounting of any funds paid

  • Copies of letters sent on your behalf

SECTION C: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCURATE INFORMATION

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information about your credit history and personal information.

COMMUNICATION AUTHORIZATION

By signing this agreement, you authorize Right Track CreditLife to communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies on your behalf regarding disputed items. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel this agreement in writing .

REVIEW OF CREDIT REPORTS

You agree to review all correspondence from credit bureaus and provide it to us within seven (7) days of receipt.

ONGOING CREDIT BEHAVIOR

You understand that any new negative items you add to your credit report (late payments, new collections, etc.) during this agreement are your responsibility and may impact your results .

Article 6: Delivery

NO REMOVAL OF ACCURATE INFORMATION

We only dispute information that appears inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated on your credit report. We cannot and will not knowingly attempt to remove accurate negative information. Any company that promises to do so is violating federal law .

SCORE FLUCTUATIONS

You understand that credit scores can go up or down during the credit repair process as items are updated. This is normal and does not indicate failure of service .

TELEMARKETING COMPLIANCE

If we contact you by phone, we will only do so between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. your local time. You may request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time .

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.) and applicable state laws .

SECTION E: CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION BY YOU

You may cancel this agreement at any time by providing written notice via email or certified mail. Upon cancellation:

  • No further monthly fees will be charged

  • You are responsible for any fees incurred prior to cancellation

  • No partial refunds will be issued for the current month

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel this agreement if you:

  • Fail to provide required documentation within the specified timeframe

  • Miss payments

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Cause or create new negative items on your credit report

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are governed exclusively by the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy outlined above. No other refunds will be issued .
